The Jackie Project
A private working portal for organizations inside an active engagement. What lives here is built with each one, in its language, from its reality — and belongs to no one else.
Plainly: this is where staff answer private questions, and where the results become the school’s own plan.
For invited staff and leadership only
What this is
The Jackie Project is a lineage-based culture consulting practice. We don't audit your language, grade your awareness, or measure you against a checklist that was never built with your reality in mind. We go into the building, sit with the people, and build a framework that actually fits, one that honors individual identity, builds accountability, and creates a culture where everyone can thrive.
This is one of the freest, most non-judgmental spaces you will be invited into. You are allowed to feel everything you feel. There is no right answer. There is no wrong answer. There is only honesty. And honesty is exactly what this work is built on.
You are safe here. Everything in this portal is designed to keep it that way: private answers stay private, anonymous means anonymous, and nothing here goes in a file with your name on it.
The instruments
Every engagement uses the same set of instruments, tuned to the people in the room. Nothing here is a template — the tools are constant, what they hold is yours.
Trust mapping, made visible. Every answer is private; what the room sees is the whole sky — never a single line, never a name.
Structured space for honest adult reflection. Self-report only — no one reports on anyone. Anonymous by design, screened before anything is ever read aloud.
What the school owns when the engagement ends. A living framework written in the school's own language — not a binder, not a Jackie Project template.
Your room
Every engagement has its own private space, and every space has a word — given to you by The Jackie Project or your leadership. No engagement is listed here. Your room is yours.
